1/2 cup basmati rice
2 teaspoon Refined oil
3 tablespoon boiled american corn kernels
1 finely chopped spring onions
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoon boiled,shelled peas
1 clove finely chopped garlic
3 teaspoon light soya sauce
1 pinch powdered black pepper
How to make Garlic Egg Fried Rice
*Combine light soya sauce, sesame oil and black pepper in a bowl and keep aside.
*Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Break the egg into the pan and cook until scrambled. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
*Add the green peas and sweet corn. Stir-fry for a minute. Pour the sauce over the rice and stir-fry for a minute. Transfer to a serving bowl.
*Garnish with spring onions and serve at once.
